Barrier
Modular Barrier System for protection against fork lift truck damage.
Rail fits within the uprights to offer smooth face. Supplied as complete
kit, comprising - 2 uprights, 1 rail, floor fixings, nuts, bolts and
washers. Rails are manufactured from 3mm steel with a 285mm x 67mm
profile and powder coated yellow. Uprights are 750mm high and
manufactured from 90mm x 90mm x 3.6mm hollow steel section, powder
coated yellow with a plastic cap to top of post. Baseplate is 200mm x
200mm and 4 hole drilled.

 Tubular Barrier
Modular Barrier System for protection against fork lift truck damage.
Supplied as a complete 1 piece barrier with floor fixings. Barriers are
manufactured from 89mm diameter 3mm hollow section with 200mm x
200mm baseplates and powder coated yellow. Barriers are 400mm high.

 Armco Barrier
Heavy duty protection for busy warehouses. Supplied as complete kits
comprising 2 uprights, 1 rail, floor fixing and nuts, bolts and washers.
Rails are manufactured from 3mm hot dipped galvanised steel with a 315mm
x 85mm profile. Uprights are 750mm high and manufactured from 127mm x
76mm x 13mm universal beam and powder coated yellow. baseplates are
300mm x 200mm and 4 hole drilled.

Rail Barrier
Welded barrier system for end of racks or
walkways in production and distribution areas. 900mm high, manufactured
from 100mm x 100mm x 4mm steel hollow section and powder coated yellow.

 Sigma Barrier
Rails
Sigma rail barrier system for walkways. Choice of 800mm
high double barrier or 450mm high single rail barrier. Rail is 165mm x
40mm and manufactured from 90mm x 50mm x 3.6mm hollow steel section,
powder coated yellow with a plastic cap to top of post. Baseplate is
200mm x 200mm and 3 hole drilled. Kits are supplied with black plastic
end caps and floor fixings

 Upright/Corner
Protectors
Protects the bottom of pallet racking uprights
from accidental damage from fork lift trucks. 'U' shaped protector gives
3 way protection to the upright. The alternative 'L' type protector
provides greater clearance from end of rack. Both are 550mm high,
manufactured from 3mm steel, painted yellow and supplied with floor
fixings.

from 89mm diameter 3mm steel hollow section with 200mm x 200mm
